1. Via telephone, data is then noted on paper. Once data is finished with, it is then shredded.
2. Via telephone, data is then noted voicemail messages. Once data is finished with, it is then deleted.
3. Over the internet & websites, data is then collected digital online enquiry forms. Once data is finished with, it is then deleted.
4. Mobile telephone, data is then collected via messages. Once data is finished with, it is then deleted.
Ipswich Pest Control does not use public data for marketing purposes whatsoever, ‘in house’ nor is public data passed or sold to third parties.
How public data is stored;
Ipswich Pest Control stores the public data on a PC and Laptop along with an external hard drive as a backup.
Our PC and Laptop with the external hard drive are locked in a secure location daily when not in use, ensuring, if in the unlikely event our premises are burgled or in the event of a fire, your public data will remain safe and secure at all times.
